Question: Why is contrast good for you?

Aah, very good question there cweiters! And IMO the answer lies in the lessons to be learned from this contrasting or polarity world that we are a part of. We need to integrate and balance ourselves, and Earth gives us the opportunity to do just that. Without darkness, we would not appreciate the light fully :D

Someone once told me of a vision they'd had whereby the whole world was made up of a binary programme - a computer programme of 0 1 0 1 0 1 etc..and this represents the very nature of our reality. Taken right back to it's basics the 0 = female and the 1 = male; or negative and positive; etc.. I understand much more as a result of this information, and you can see it's representations all around the world amongst those who are in the know. For example, the domes of Capitol Hill, St Paul's cathedral and the one in Paris are all situated close to large obelisks, representing the 0 and 1 respectively.

I guess it's what we do with this information that counts...
