Smudging, sagging etc

So i have normally used white sage when periodically clearing a room(s) I want to try palo santo as it is not as intense an after smell for some. I also have some high quality palo santo essential oil. Can you use that in a diffuser and just let it run in a room for a few hours and accomplish the same thing as burning sage or even burning palo santo wood sticks?

You can do that.

I love burning palo santo and saging with it ...... it leaves a different feeling.

I would say yes, but it is not as effective.

This is because of the blending of elements in the act of burning the materials.

Thanks guys. Nothing beats the real think i guess. I like to diffuse it during my reiki sessions as well.
