I've experienced this feeling that I feel an answer. Like my soul and spirit long and yearn for something. Reaching out, wanting to leave in a sense. I feel the clarity and know the answer yet I don't. Almost in trance like state. What is this?

Might be an invitation from your higher self to use tool to highten your frequency so that you are able to clearly listen and discern the information. You wanna go somewhere to gamma brainwaves. It doesn't mean communication has to come literally in words, but also in a lot of different subjectively cognitive ways.

I think the best thing to do is to teach your own self without looking at what others will tell you and advise you.

I can't decide on a method. Also, seems to be too much potential fear before the projection.
