Hello everyone

Hi. I am (kinda bad at greetings) aseekerofpeace. I joined this site to learn more about ways to be spiritually enlightened.

I meditate often. Usually on the Root Chakra (since I've been having trouble opening it). I also do body scanning meditation in bed. It gets pretty interesting sometimes (I'll probably make a post on that).

I hope to learn a lot from this site. Thanks for reading.
