Can I do this? post something I didn't channel myself... this one isn't even new. But I found it really really helpful. It addresses so many things, so many gray areas and FAQs discussed on these forums (esp by newbies, and those recently shocked by twin soul encounters).

I hope some viewers find it helpful,too. It is quite long, but well-organized I thought.
