Insulin and Astral Projecting
 

Hello...
I was trying to fast for 2 days... although it wasn't much of a fast..... I woke up around 9am.. ate breakfast and probably 2hrs later I would eat brownies... This was all I had and I wouldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day... I didn't really expeirnece anything different spiritually but I did on the 2nd day of doing it...

I recently learned that eating a single cookie could have insulin in the blood for a whole day... lol who knows what half a tray of brownies does...

Would Insulin block Astral projecting... or is it just the idea of eating brownies that hinders it?
