Alpha Wave and Silva Method
 

Hello All,

Recently, I came across Alpha wave and Silva method for mediation. I also listened to couple of youtube videos from Sean Collins.

Has any one tried it and was successful?

I would like to do a practice with some one who is willing to help so that i know if I can do this correctly.

Hello. So you are interested in Astral Projection ? The Silva Method is more like a Mind-Change Program or System.
But yes, if you consider that meditation can get you into astral state, this program may help you to relax easily and fast, which in turn can help you to enter the astral plane easier.

The old course, from Hose Silva, is available as a free download.
To do the course, you need to be willing to change your mind to see the world as an opportunity for betterment/Improvement. Because the opposite direction/intention (of improvement) will not work at all. (read: malicious intentions will kick you out of the state)
The exercises require of you to listen and understand the explanation speech beforehand, to listen the exercise before attempting anything (so that you can prepare for what you are up to do) and then do the exercises in the evening/bedtime.
