It's an interesting film. I watched it a couple of years ago then couldn't find it again.

Thank you so much. I live in the uk and have tried everything I can to get hold of a copy. Even brought the blue ray copy from the us and that didn't work on our blue ray players. Eventually I just downloaded the book and read that instead, just watched this film so happy to have finally gotten to watch it.

...Though I am questioning some of the "Umbral" experience as portrayed in the film as a general condition after passing. If examined, a large percentage of exits from the physical body could be traced back to lifestyle, or even -in the case of the terminally-ill or those who cannot bear any more...conscious choice.
Most of us will 'die' as a result of how we lived....in one way or another.
Yet Instinctively I sense that many Souls will not find themselves in such dark realms after passing -even if they made mistakes.
I always wonder about that part.....

I did enjoy the film. I have a region 1 copy on DVD.

I am not sure about the strong emphasis on work. But maybe it is the case. It does appear we occupy jobs on passing.

I got a copy off a torrent site a few years ago . It too is in Port. but with Eng. sub titles . One of many views of the after life , well worth watching .

Of the many things I have researched this is what every other medium
has
said about the afterlife experience....to a tee...even those on the Other Side that have told us 'here'.

I first saw Nosso Lar earlier this year--it is an excellent film, and it provides an exceptionally accurate portrayal of the afterlife! :smile:

For those of you who are having trouble with the various YouTube links, you can actually watch the subtitled film for free on Amazon.com. Just search for Astral City: A Spiritual Journey, which is the English title of the movie. You'll have to create an Amazon account and then sign up for a seven-day free trial with Gaia, a streaming service within Amazon.com. As long as you cancel the Gaia subscription within the seven days, they won't charge you at all.
