Wow...you're lucky. We just screen all calls around here. If we don't know the number, we don't pick up.

It has gotten to the point where most calls are scam calls, and it is the rare occasion where it's actually a person we want to talk to.

The worse I ever 'received' was when a letter was sent by a popular mail carrier to me. It turned out, somebody had used another person's account to send the letter. Inside the letter was a check for a considerable amount of money. The check looked legitimate except the address it was coming from did not exist.

It turned out that some nasty people have been doing this. Motive: unknown.

I got a couple...laughed and hung up.

I use to get Collection Calls from one place..... for somebody I do not know, their debt. The woman stopped calling when her Supervisor got on the phone and I said something like "I do not want to have sex with this woman. Stop calling!"

Apparently, my vehicle warranty has expired.

I told one once she interrupted me while I was having sex. She called me out on it and said I would not have picked up.
