Do spirits always linger in a house?
A friend’s wife passed by her own choice a few years ago in their home. Then the friend sold the house just recently. The new owner is quite upset no one mentioned someone dying in the house, especially under those circumstances.
I have not heard mention anything occurring to suggest the wife lingers at the house. But are there any steps one can take to “clear” a house or put a homeowner at ease? Secondly does a person’s spirit always linger in the space in which they died? I thought a simply sage-ing of the house might help, but the person is of a different cultural belief. Thank you for any insights. Anala |
I believe most go on to higher astral realms and do not stay earth bound .

Best to "Clear" the new home owner. Has the new owner experienced any paranormal activity?

From what I understand, spirits choose to remain earthbound for a number of reason. One of the primary reasons is guilt or fear, which can often be the case when someone chooses to take their own life.
A lot of religious folks are opposed to anything we do here. It may be hard to persuade her to cleanse the home. Additionally, whenever you do major renovations to a place... it often stirs up all the old energies from that place. When I installed a chandelier at my parent's home, a dark entity appeared out of nowhere. Hopefully she gets none of these and can live on a fine and dandy life in her new home. |

If it's all just about the new home owner feeling better....something which fits in with that persons belief system will need to be done eg if Christian maybe getting a priest in to bless the house would make the person feel better. |
