Which form of magic do you find best for increasing all energy levels?

I was just wandering which type of magic do you find best for increasing all energy levels? When I say all, I mean physical, sexual, mental, spiritual.

If I had to put a magick name on what was practicing. I guess it would full under Chaos magick of the high sort.. mixed of the two. (i dont use rituals or anything like that but just do whatever takes my fancy (chaos magick) but things like thought creation.. LOA, Yogi practices and meditations etc so High magick.

I'm not currently practicing though I have kundalini syndrome I've been awaiting for the last few years to settle down.

I have a few,first one is to tense your abdomen in all kinds of ways until you get that one mind muscle connection that releases adrenaline, then master that through practice. For mental energy, meditation and breathing.

Btw that adrenaline trick is for performing feats of extraordinary strength.
