waking up at least 4 times a night since visitation dream
 

I have had a very vivid visitation dream in September followed by others since ( about 12). Many of them had messages. They have become more spaced from each other, but since the day I had the first one, I have been waking up in the middle of the night at least 4 times and it is difficult to go back to sleep.
I used to be a very good sleeper who never woke up and could sleep anywhere. I know there must be a link, but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I just wanted to clarify, do you only wake up right after a visitation dream, or does it matter? Because I always wake up after a visitation dream. It might have something to do with your body sensing someone there who logically shouldn't be there and waking up; or the excitement of seeing said person.

To answer your question, both.

I wake up right after the visitation dreams and I have been waking up 4-5 times a night even during the nights when I do not have the visitation dreams. Waking up 4-5 times a night all started with the big visitation dream.
