I liked your story. It reminded me of the time my dog started barking at a smiling man. I don't know if dog's see auras, but they can certainly sense energies.

I think dogs do see auras. My animals always seem to know when I need comfort or am feeling blue, even if I hide it in my demeanor. I know for sure they see energy and can spot spirit visitors... I've seen them bark at what is unseen to others in the room when using physical sight but which, when I drop down and view from my third eye, becomes clearly visable. It's my belief hey see auras, orbs, "ghosts", elementals, and E.T.'s
Dogs are very spiritually advanced and have a well developed psychic as well as intuitive sense. How else could they commune so effectively through the use of telepathy? :wink:
