Astral Projection Energy
 

Hello,

I am a experienced traveler but I want to be able to astral project well. I read that with enough energy gathered for astral projecting that it would help my consciousness during the event and allow me to remember things better. What is the method of drawing in this energy called? Isnt it called prana, chi, or stuff similar? Is it easier for you to astral project when you have gathered enough?
Also could you send me a guidance meditation for this step? How much do I need to gather and does sex deplete this energy?

What stopped me eating meat was a reality check-someone said 'Just so you can have a bit of meat on your plate an animal has to have its throat cut' I haven't eaten it since

haha thats why I pray before I eat. I plan to make the switch one day after I found enough vegetables to substitute it.
