This is kind of a question + suggestion? or a why? I often use the user CP to stay updated on followed posts. I notice after some time they don't stay or a time passes where it seems no longer 'present' like, its now past tense...moving on! lol so sometimes because i'm not checking every second, i will miss updates and therefore 'forget' about a post or think...hmm no reply or no update when there has been. and if there are members like me that suffer from a little foggy memory, it gets difficult to keep tabs on each and every post and where you posted (hmm, cant remember which section of the forum i posted that one in to check if it's updated) and i can lose 'inspiration' lol to search through the forum for it.

i mean, i understand if keeping ALL posts, the system would probably skitz out,spaz out and server would overload. but is there a way to keep the posts up longer than hourly? Like maybe 24 hours and cleared each day? and then maybe in that 24 hours, a post that the member likes could be given an option to 'add to saved posts' type of function? I mean could the forum have added in tid bit functions like that? It would be cool, of course, i'm fine if it cant be done.Just would make it easier to stay updated.
