How does spiritual energy work?
 

Does someone with a high frequency have more energy than someone with a low frequency? Kind of like how blue light has a higher frequency than red, and it also carries more energy. Is that how it works with spiritual vibration?

When people talk about spiritual growth, does growth here mean gaining more energy? If so, why is it that suffering causes us to grow, where does that new energy come from? Why does meditation cause us to grow, is it that we reclaim reintegrate lost/rejected aspects of ourselves?

Is spiritual energy consciousness itself, meaning that the more energy we have, the more conscious and aware we are? So with this in mind, if someone has a traumatic experience, and the memory gets repressed, they disown that part of their consciousness, so in this way they lose energy? And when they purge that darkness, they raise their vibration?

When we lose spiritual energy, where does it go? Does an energy healer lose energy every time they do a healing? If so, does that energy just replenish itself automatically. Why does it replenish itself, is it like the healer is a container of energy and when he/she loses some of that energy, she becomes a slightly unfilled container of energy? I ask this because I can't imagine that energy healers lower their vibration when they heal someone. Lets take a lower vibrational example now. Someone who masturbates to internet porn. The sexual energy that gets released, where does it go? Will that energy replenish itself automatically?

I'm curious about this too. I have to imagine the answer would be incredibly complicated. Gonna sub this.

there is unlimited energy all around and in us

raising your vibration will allow you to be in it more and more

let go of every thing and its all there

but what is every thing ?

what limits raising is thinking there is a you thinking,

that it knows things and does things and has to do things

all the knowledge and love and light and energy is there

completer than we can ever imagine

Energy is not something you are, it is something that flows through you. Neither is it a question of how much energy you have, but one about how much you believe your need. Some can accomplish far more with less than those with more even come close to. Neither is it a question of hight, but a question of whether or not you are in alignment with self. You already are everything you desire out of life. The question is just whether or not you allow it to be... and allowing does not take up energy, it is letting it flow effortlessly through you. It is that simple.

If a healer is facing something then they would lose energy. We are all tired when we are facing something actually. A healer with high consciousness who has done the inner work ould have more energy to give because they have more love in them. Negative energy does deplete us of energy. When we do face things our vibrations do go up and we feel lighter. We don't feel as heavy which does make us tired.

Giving your own energy in healing will most certainly deplete you. I was taught to be a channel, to let energy flow through from Source to the subject. That is what I have experienced.

When you did the inner work as a healer and faced your negative emotions. You become a clearer channel so that you have more energy to give.

When you get depleted, does your energy replenish itself over time?
