Spiritual significance of pregnancy cravings

Does anyone think or know if cravings during pregnancy have to do with the spirit of the child.... Like if its a food they like or something

No it is nothing of the sort they say your body is craving for something that is missing in your diet. salt sugar etc.
it is nothing to do with the child.
