what about breathing techniques ?
never thought it was important thing lately i ve heard that its important and an affect you what do you guys think? |
In most yoga breathing equals prana, prana equals life... so one might guess it is important :happy8: unless of course you are a vampire... or doing Hatha :tongue:

Alternate Nostril Breathing might just be the most celebrated of all for good reasons; the Darth Vader Breath is by many essential to Yoga; yet just full body breathing is what I would suggest, since that would direct prana through-out your entire body, which will give life to your entire existence :smile:
