what is the difference between principles of astral projecting & kundalini awakineng
 

pls explain me the difference as i am experiencing almost same symptoms of kundalini awakening by just doing only astral projection.

they both expose you to a lot of extra Energy so you will have similar energetic experiences....Astral projection energy will fade over time but Kundalini will keep getting stronger

need some more clarity
 

ok, but what is the main difference in terms of spiritual goal, does both lead to self realization?

in the beginning of my journey i shot out of my forehead while meditating. felt like everything that was me took off like a rocket. it was loud like a rocket. the g force was exhilarating. i found myself in what looked like outerspace. i saw energy fields of different colors. my forehead was my guudance. like a jet engine. so i moved myself to the energy fields. then as i went through them was full of laugher and g force feeling as they catapulted me througy them. went from one to another. then next thing you know i was back in my body. or did i ever leave? dont know.

that was my one and only experince of shooting out. but over time i got to know those energies through my meditation practice. and other things i would do. eventually those energies worked there way into my body. later they made a home. so then it became that feeling of joy is in me moving around and making me feel good. later it became the new normal. still feels intoxicating but no big deal since it became the new normal.

everything is the same. preferences. ideas. thoughts. emotions. and so on. except the dominant force is that joyful intoxication.
