how to transfer my thoughts and emotions to another person?
 

I've done it before but cant seem to connect anymore I'm thinking I did something wrong like i'm doing it wrong? so how do I strengthen my telepathy. btw I have 0 friends to practice on and my family don't believe in it so I have no way of practice so any meditations, exercises, or any info on how to do it properly.
