Automatic writing - how to improving the connection ?
 

Hi all,
I am practicing automatic writing everyday. it is an exciting experience to communicate with my gaurdian angel sonalise but I have observed that the connection between me and sonalise is not very strong as sometimes the words take very long to come and I feel that they are coming from my conscious mind and not sonalise I spoke to my teacher she told me to practice daily but I wanted to ask you how did you deal with this situation.

1. How do you know the messages are not from your conscious mind but instead from the gaurdian angel ?

2. How can one improve their connection if it is with their own gaurdian angel only ?

Hello Shiva,

For #1, when you put that guidance into practice and it works in spite of your logical objections, you will know the wisdom came from the guarding angel and not your intellect.

For #2. ask your angel. We are all quite unique and very very different. There is no "one" suggestion any of us can make that would actually be best for you. We can guess naturally. Each of us knows what has helped us the most.
