Feeling the third eye
 

If your third eye is open, will you feel a sensation on your forehead all of the time or just some of the time?

The ''feeling'' is just a reaction from your nervous system and it's not lasting all the time.
Unless you trigger it all day long.And even then you won't be able to feel much.

It's like caffeine.After a lot of them,you don't feel the rush anymore.

The feeling is usually a blockage in that chakra I have found. Because you need resistance to feel anything. At least this is my experience. It will sort of feel blocked. Now if you feel bliss in that chakra instead of just pressure, then it's open. I have felt bliss in my heart and in my crown.
