hi there I was wanting to put a link in and I have done more than 15 posts why is it not letting me?

I think there might be a mandatory waiting period too? I am not sure as it's been a long time since I was a newbie but I seem to recall there being two parts to full member status. Maybe someone else remembers and can clarify.
