It isn't so much of "getting rid of emotions", just being able to obsorb and disperse them in the correct way without them affecting your soul personally. I hope this makes sense?
I used to be awful at this and would always allow others negative emotions to affect and drain my soul, but through meditation and the correct guidance I can now almost fully do it :D |
there are no shortcuts, do your work and you will find emotions will flatten out.

You can bless water , and drink it. You can give reiki to water and bless it and drink it, helps release unwanted emotions and weight loss.
