Help With Past Life Recal

I have been curious lately and busy and forgot about something that happend. Recently It has popped up.... I recall sometime last year I went to sleep... I woke up and I saw writing on the wall that looked like some symbols I have never seen before. The only reference I had was that it looked like the unknown pokemon from gen 2. Maybe 3 or 4 months ago... I was randomly thinking about it again and then.... Atlantean popped into my head. I knew this was some kind of telepathy.... any ways... I googled for it and found that that type of writing matched what I saw.....

My question is.... why would I see writing like that physically but in a aura burn... The only way I get that is if I am reading something and I look away but I was asleep... so that Cant be true... Another interesting thing is that I have a..... ohhhhhh Made another connection.... I have a book called crystal power... in this book it teaches how to make some atlantean tech... like a atlantean head band and a atlantean power rod... maybe this attract something?

Anyways... I wonder why I would seee writing.... I saw it for like 30secs... and then it started to fade away.... the only thing I can think of is to make me curious.... but how and what am I looking for?

If you guys can me a few ideas or if anyone can channel for some good hints if its better that way....

I would meditate on the writing itself.

I use the example of Reiki: as you learn more, you are given symbols that help you align to a particular energy frequency. If you mediate on the symbols, themselves, you learn about that particular frequency itself - being one with the frequency, in fact, is what you're doing which creates an understanding of who you are in relation to that frequency.

If it were me, I would want to align myself to the frequency of the symbols and allow them to teach me why. Thus, I would meditate on them and be open to the understanding coming as I aligned to the symbol.

When I gaze on a whitish wall, eventually the air takes on a 3D quality and I can see symbols written with yellow light but they're too tiny for me to take a really good look. If those symbols were larger, I could write them down and meditate with them one by one.

What you could do is gaze on a light coloured wall, let your eyes soft focus and maybe you'll see the same writing again. Hopefully the symbols will be large enough so you can write them down.

When you mentioned the Crystal Power book, I had a flashback because I too have the book. Years ago, I made the Atlantean power rod and it works very well for healing. I used it on myself and felt heat in the area I had the crystal pointed at. I also used it on my cats and have felt it vibrate as it worked on healing a cat. I also use the rod to cleanse and charge other crystals.

As to why you saw the symbols could mean that you had a life during Atlantean times.

Thanks guys I will try meditating on the symbols maybe that will help. I have astral projected consciously a couple times and seen a guardian of mines... im not quite interested in his appearance but he wears armor and kinda looks like a humanoid hammerhead shark... Nice haha I dont use it so often but I meditate with it.... I remember waking up and I was clenching the power rod. I had a vivid dream that night too so it was interesting that happened... My friend made a head band but she use 7 quartz crystals and it looked cool... I might make one like hers too! I still dont know how to use them well..

Will someone please link me to a place I can buy that book or at least read the synopses?
