Welcome. It's definitely really intriguing. I find that the toltec traditions of shamanism talk about each chakra associates with their own dimensional aspects of reality. For example the root chakra associated with the physical universe. I'll probably create a more detailed post about the chakras metaphysical aspects. Each chakra also associates with the dream realms lucid dreaming astral projection, as you can see in the diagram below.

Don Juan explained that there are entrances and exits in the energy flow of the universe and that, in the specific case of dreaming, there are seven entrances, experienced as obstacles, which sorcerers call the seven gates of dreaming.
