Hi there! My name is Rayden, and I'm an amateur hypnotist with two years' experience. After reading a few books by hypnotherapists on past-lives and the "other side", I became curious myself to see if I could replicate their results with my own subjects. I doubt that you can do regressions through texting.

I know that you can get hypnotized through reading a material. There is an author that I read promoting that.

I don't think it is possible for a subject, even during a light trance, to reply by texting.

While I admit that text is definitely not the most ideal scenario for hypnosis, I believe that, from my experiences, I've been able to have subjects respond via text while in trance. Is this trance sufficient enough for past-life regression? I suppose I'll find out :)
