Healing Solar plexus?

I have been making some good progress on my healing journey. But lately, I have come across some heavy resistance in my solar plexus area. It feels like I have a blockage and there is alot of fear in this area. This is a sensitive area for me and I feel it the most when I am triggered. I have also suffered with bad anxiety and intrusive thoughts most of my life and now see a connection between these thoughts and resistance I feel in this area of my body. It seems to have a powerful pull over me and my thought patterns.

I wondered if anybody could recommend some ways to healing and integrating the resistance I feel here? I do some yoga for this area each morning and sit with my awareness in this area during meditation. It seems to be gradually shifting but was just looking for further advice.
