Tumeric remedy for multiple symptoms
 

Hello everyone,

I have accidentally found and then further refined something quite extraordinary. I very much wanted to pass down this finding to members of my family, but they "don't believe in such things." I wish to share this information with others because it is too good to just allow it to be lost.

Also, please bear with me as my recipes and instructions are a bit different than most peoples. OK – Here is my most important recipe:

DEBZ MAGIC PAIN AWAY

INGREDIENTS:

NOTE: ALL AMOUNTS ARE APPROXIMATE – PRECISE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT NECESSARY

IN A 12 OZ JAR:

40% - TURMERIC POWDER
10% - CAYENNE POWDER
1 TEASPOON OR SO BLACK PEPPER
10% - GINKGO POWDER
10% - GOTU KOLA POWDER
10% - CINNAMON POWDER
10% - COCONUT MILK POWDER (ASIAN GROCERY)
5% - GROUND BLACK CUMIN SEEDS
(MORTAR & PESTLE - EASIER FOR SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT)

MIX UP IN A JAR AND KEEP REFRIGERATED

PREPARATION:

IN A CUP PUT:

1 HEAPING TEASPOON OF THE ABOVE MIX
A PACKET OR TWO OF STEVIA OR SWEETENER
A FEW MORE SHAKES OF BLACK PEPPER
CREAMER TO TASTE (POWDER OR LIQUID)
A TEASPOON OR SO OF OLIVE, COCONUT OIL, BUTTER, OR FAT

THEN JUST POUR HOT WATER, MIX WELL, AND DRINK.

ABOVE AMOUNTS ARE NOT EXACT AND CAN BE ADJUSTED TO THE PERSONS OWN NEEDS.

I'm familiar with most of the ingredients but there are a few I'll have to look up. Thanks for sharing.

I came across a concoction when I was looking for recipes on healing potions. Here are the ingredients:

HEALING POTION

INGREDIENTS:
- A liter of vinegar
- One entire head of garlic with the root end sliced off
- A handful of dried helichrysum arenarum
- A handful of non toxic pine needles

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Put the herbs in a jar.
  
• Bring the vinegar to a rolling boil then turn it off and let it cool until it is warm but not cold-cold.
  
• Pour the vinegar over the herbs and cover it loosely while it cools completely.
  
• Tighten the cap and let it set in a cool, dark place for at least 6 weeks.
  
• When you want to use it, strain some of it into a smaller bottle. The person should take one or two teaspoons every day until they are better.

This is a general healing potion that basically boosts the immune system and helps the body to heal or recover from illness faster. This is very old fashioned, but very effective and simple to make.

Yes, but I would make sure they're pine trees before harvesting needles.

I JUST READ THE PINE ARTICLE AND IT HAS DEFINITELY TAUGHT ME SOMETHING NEW - ALSO REMINDS ME OF MY LAST EXPERIMENT - I SOAKED A BUNCH OF PINE NEEDLES IN PLAIN VINEGAR FOR 6 WEEKS AND IT WORKED TO CREATE A VERY AROMATIC CLEANING VINEGAR - (ALSO DID IT WITH DESERT SAGE AND IT WORKED EQUALLY AS WELL) OH - AND BY THE WAY, I BELIEVE THAT MY PINE TREES ARE PONDEROSAS - THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE ARTICLE.
