Does EFT really work?
 

I've read so much about EFT, and seen a couple YouTube video's on it too, but I was wondering, has anyone on here tried it and finds that it works? x

On me, at some cases yes. Specially small, and not so important with people out of my circle.

On big cases, not yet.. But I don't do EFT often so maybe it just me . EFT doesn't stop you hating someone if Theyre keep hurting you. You need to do EFT every time they do, until your own wise stop feeling hurt/hats towards this person.

one day i was emotionally very down. On this day someone suggested to do EFT .....she sent me a link on youtube. First time I have heard about it....but I thought I give it a go :smile: Well it really worked that day......I felt so much better afterwards :hug3:

It did not work for me because I found myself being very annoyed by the process. Drove me nuts.

Did you use EFT on your ability to use EFT? Or would that create a paradox that would implode the universe?

Did you follow a Brad Yates video or something??

They annoy me, not sure why, but I find him to be too smug for my liking.

You have to be ready to use EFT...

My mind would implode having to do this all the time.

No, UncleManifestor, it wasn't Brad Yates. It was years ago, it might have been Xan who posted about it and I researched from that point on. I tried faithfully yet unsuccessfully, to do it for a month but honestly, the constant tapping and affirmations were driving me nuts. Especially the tapping. I can handle the affirmations but not the tapping. But I've come a long way on my own without doing the EFT, so it's all good but I can't truly understand how doing something so annoying and repetitive can help?

I've not tried it myself, but I have so many positive testimonials for it from people who have tried it and who it helped.

The glorious thing about it is it's free!

It's one of those things in life that is worth a try ...
