I don't know where I get the words of the are channelled or not but I think they für here:

It doesn't matter how dangerous the world looks, you are never helpless. You always will have the ability to say "no" to fear, hate,greed and envy. You will always have the ability to say "Yes" to love, forgiving and empathy. And nobody can take this ability from you.
