As indicated in a few literature. That when checking energy flow. If the pendulum is moving back and forth. That indicates a blockage. If the pendulum goes in a circle. That indicates that the energy is flowing. Does it matter what direction the pendulum swings?

I think it would be best to ask the pendulum it's direction on all three. Ask it which direction represents blocked, which direction indicates flowing, etc. Don't assume that because another said it does it mean it's true for you.

I agree. You need to develop you own relationship with your pendulum and the forces that use it with you. A key to success is getting centered and neutral within yourself so your beliefs and expectations don't interfere.

It's best to check it for the meaning of its movements every time you use it because your own energies change from time to time. You can just say "Give me a "yes" and see how it moves... then "Give me a no". Or "flowing" and "blocked". For some people it moves forward and back or side to side, for others around in a circle clockwise or anticlockwise. Also notice how mildly or vigorously it moves for the strength of the response, and also when it stops.

You can ask the pendulum any "yes or no" question so play around with it.

I have been playing around with it probably at least once a day. I give myself a energy scan every other day or so. I can actually feel my energy at certain areas of my body. I was allowed to help some one with a cold or flu. I'm quite lucky to have Gods permission to do this.
