Notes.

I wouldn't know what I would call it maybe a vision maybe more. I had stopped meditation many weeks ago yet I still seem to see many Things, Like for instance Colours or even Chakra movement, Dreams and more development to spirit and my inner-self, I recently asked of guidance and healing from A.A Raphael and A.A Michael. I also talk to spirit Without noticing and I think that's helping the both of us Come closer to each other, and to get Mother Gaius Vibrations Balanced. But after this experience I think spirit maybe trying to show me something, Something Important to us both.

Experience.

Last night on Wednesday 12th of October’ It was quiet mum and dad had headed of to sleep, I went to go on the laptop and but for some reason I put both Thumb and index finger over my tear duct with my eyes closed and put a slight pressure not to hard so it didn't strain my eyes, Then that's the interesting part ! Was spirit Guiding me, I had no clue but it felt amazing, First off it came as a purple eye shape with lots of thing inside of it, I wondered if that was my third eye and it seemed like it was it was spinning but only turned a 90 degrease angle then had Changed to a blue and white light but had more of blue then white as it barely showed the white, it was so bright that that was the only thing that I could see it kept going brighter and brighter but the blue was fading into white I soon seen nothing but white, From there the colour had disappeared I soon found my self heading down a Yellow/Golden Tunnel with white lights, I was heading somewhere but couldn't quite make of where that was, until I had asked to see the blue sky and white clouds, I ended up in a paddock on a sunny day, it all disappeared and I opened my eyes I couldn't see properly like everything was hard to see. But that was the last of my experience.

What I think.

• Was spirit telling me something ?
• Did stopping meditation help progress me more ?
• Why did I see those things ?

This experience has given me the curiosity to keep going, meditation and spiritual experiences has helped a lot of the time just knowing I can do good for my self and also others. Im going to Start up meditation but isn’t quite sure where to start.
I have my own understanding of all this but I would like to know yours,
