Astral experience
 

I awoke in my bed with sleep paralysis but everything was calm and silent. I felt full control of my extremities. I lifted my arm and saw it to be grayish color with wring circles going around it. I felt full control that all i had to do was leave my body. I got out half way but still didnt follow through. Calming yet amusing/scary experience.

I have lifted my arms out of my body and seen that sort of a thing. not the circles but other sorts of things. I believe it has something to do with your emotional state.

It happened to me once just the lifting of my astral arm. I wish I was fully aware to lift my whole self up.
