Tapping over heart...spirit guide
 

Hello. I recently have been trying to contact my spirit guide through guided hypnosis meditation...I have had some success, mostly just feeling a definite presence. Today, during meditation, I felt this presence again, and I felt a tapping over my heart/under my collar bone. I have no experience with EFT, but I've heard of it, and I wondered what this tapping would mean as far as EFT goes....your thoughts are appreciated. :) thank you.

hi talking crow, I think that is a bit lower, but there are important sites on your chest near your armpit, and I think they are called the collarbone ones. You also could have just been wanting to give your heart some tlc :hug3:

It doesn't mean it had anything to do with EFT. It is possible you were being told to listen with your heart, not with your head (that's where the information will come from). It can also mean other things, like blocked energy being released for instance.
