Astral levels, darkness and vision
 

I know about the astral levels and that typically if it's dark, you are on a lower level. I have done a ton of research on raising your vibration (and practice it) to avoid the lower levels. However most of the time, when I first exit, it's always dark, even when I'm projecting during the day. I also usually have vision issues; everything appears hazy or my eyes feel like they're glued shut. When this happens, I have tried the methods I have learned about; Submersing myself in the projection (touching objects, focusing on awareness, etc) and willing my vision to clear (repeating "clarity now"). I also focus my thoughts on light (willing and believing it will become light instead of dark).

This has helped a few times. My vision will start to clear and I will see a light in the distance, similar to the sun rising but there is no sun in sight. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong and I'm hoping for some advice.

If it helps; When I first exit, I usually go through my bedroom wall, but tried changing it up by going through my doorway. I've had a few experiences that were as perfect as it gets; clear vision, what appears to be a beautiful bright sunny day. I don't know how to achieve that more frequently or ideally, every time.

You just need to maintain high vibrations in everyday life. Observe the commandments, develop energy, do energy engineering. This is your energy state and will be transferred to the astral.

The best way to clear up your vision is to focus on something. Usually I look at my hands and rub them together for a moment. It also helps keep you conscious when you feel yourself slipping. As for different levels and all that, i wouldn't worry about all that. Just have the experience and take each one as a lesson. Have fun
