chakra massage
 

Does anybody has some experience with chakra massage? :rolleyes:

I have searched a bit, and it makes sense with what I picked up in a Thai Yoga Massage book. The essential thing is that you work with a massage therapist that works on levels that deeply affect the chakras.

Chakra massage is a energy point that heal the infected parts of body during therapy session.

:tongue: the best chakra massage I know of is to do pranayama for chakra awareness. At best imo any external type of massage with the hands might influence the mind to work on the chakra internally so it's really the mind that's doing the work. Moving the prana (life force energy) using the breath is extremely energizing to the chakras. Then doing it by the mind alone is even more powerful. And the greatest chakra experiences come through spiritual awakening.

this sounds divine :D In doing yoga yesterday there was a change between two positions along with focused breathing which had a really amazing effect on sacral, manipura and heart, so I can relate to what you are saying with the breath here.

What effect would chakra massage have on entities in chakras?

Is this technique(chakra massage) can open your chakra, or is it a good thing to be adopted?

Chakras are ethereal organs,so in order to'touch' them you need to use your mind.Rubbing your chest isn't going to stimulate your heart chakra,but if you do it with intention,it can work the way you want.

It's all about the result of mental training.
