Just recently I started several scary and fearful threads about existential crises and my fear of I AM. It was all coming out of me. It is good to be able to release, but it is other people like you who bear the brunt.

My apologies for treading over the same old ground and being negative. :hug:

Anyone’s imagined fear, maybe psychological, is real to the harbourer of that consciousness contracting thought pattern. It must be dealt with, head on.

What of the fear anyway? Share if you wish. Out of the responses consider what appeals and discard what doesn’t.

We all have our fears ... it’s only that some voice it and others do not. :smile:
