Great post, i've been trying to give my self pep talks and create some kind of affirmation to better myself/ be more confident at work.

The affirmation "I am always successful. I am mentally clear" is so perfect and direct to the point!

Much less confusing then the long sentances i was coming up with!

Thank you! One of the reasons I did a search for a forum site such as this is to motivate me to get back into positive affirmations.

I like to look into the mirror and say them, also like to put them on sticky notes in places my eyes fall a lot. After awhile, your paradigm will shift.
