That's a good question! I'm still trying to believe I am telepathically communicating with someone with whom neither of us have the nerve to talk to each other in person. Kinda tough to break the ice with, "Pardon me, but didn't we have a telepathic encounter last night?"

Still, I get the sense there's something to be gained in learning to trust myself and my new reality. No idea what sense I could ever make out of it, but believing feels more right than ignoring or dismissing it, so that's what I'm working on. But I agree, it is really, really difficult.
