About Handshake
 

Can i ask you guys about a situation that are happening in my country?
I live in a non muslim country, but in the news now it is many cases about muslim male and female who say they can not handshake with opposite sex as a way og greeting , meaning a male does not handshake with woman.

My question is: is this true? as muslim you can not shake hand with opposite sex?

I ask only to learn, and i do respect any answer you might give :)
