I read this a few months ago and decided to give the zero cost option at the bottom of the article a try. I used to have 20/15 vision, but as I grew older it got worse and worse. I didn't want to get glasses, because I'd heard that made eyesight worse. So I tried exercising my eyes and now I can see things clearly that are hundreds of feet away. This really does help if you're eyes are just out of shape from looking at things close up all day.
