Spontaneous regression?
 

Has anyone else experienced this? It's something that has happen to me quite a few times. The memories are vivid when it happens like that--I experience every sense in them aside from touch. Much more vivid than the youtube regression that I had used once previously ****

I must admit that I had smoked some herb beforehand with every memory except one. Something always triggers it.. a sound usually, sometimes a feeling. And I understand the validity might be diminished since I was under the influence each time but has anyone else experienced spontaneous regression?

There were a few times like that for me. However, sometimes the presence of spirits around you from a different time will unlock memories of a time gone by. Its not so much a spontaneous regression as it is memories with that person surfacing. I think sometimes it just SEEMS spontaneous.
