Bowel cancer, also known as colon cancer or colorectal cancer, is the fourth most common form of the disease, after breast, prostate and lung cancers.
What are the red-flag signs of bowel cancer?
The five red-flag symptoms of bowel cancer include:
* bleeding from the back passage, or blood in your poo
* a change in your normal toilet habits - going more frequently for example
* pain or a lump in your tummy
* extreme tiredness
* losing weight
Bowel cancer symptoms can be subtle, but also reasonably common. Most people with them do not have the condition.
You’re more at risk of developing the condition if you drink a lot of alcohol regularly, are obese, or older than 60.
If you suspect that something is up, make sure to talk to a medical professional about it.

Anyone feeling any worrying change that doesn't go away should definitely make an appointment with the doctor. Many things are easily curable when they are caught very early. And many changes we worry about are something else other than cancer anyway.

I would have to Echo what tobi has said not all cancers are visable and there is no signs.so going to the doctors if you even think.you have something wrong with you would be the first step.
