Spiritual Forums - how do you connect to a person to send them some energy

You want to help people? Very nice. :smile: Some thoughts:
-You can, of course, pray to God to aid the person.
-You can talk to your Spirit Guide (or personal angel) to please ask their Spirit Guide to
tell them something that would aid them in a struggle.
Do you have a connection with the Holy Spirit? Then,
-Do an intercessory prayer for the person talking to the
Holy Spirit or God, as I said above.
-You can inwardly command The Powers That Be to simply help that person.

Really helps to have developed a relationship with whatever you wish - your angel, guide, God,
the Holy Spirit - or whatever, Jesus, Krishna, Shiva, Michael...ya know?
