Can acupuncture heal the following ?
I have a hiatus hernia.
Is it possible to cure it through acupuncture ? |
Acupuncture has the ability to alleviate most conditions PROVIDING you use a fully qualified practitioner, not someone who did a weekend course. Doctors are the worst offenders.
If you are in the UK, look in here for a qualified person http://www.acupuncture.org.uk/ |
thanks. :hug3:
appreciate it !! |
Hello
Like any natual healing I would agree make sure one finds someone that is qualified. That has take the time and invested in the spirit of the healing practice. I have seen wonders done with Reiki and I am an expample of that healing work. Too I did not ever shut out the Dr I had as well. He was very much a part of monitoring the progress I was making. Just in case I did need deeper interventions I did not want that door closed. I worked on a friends hernia and in the end he had to have surgury to fix it. I could ease the pain but not re set it in place. Knowing the wait list could be long in the UK as he had it looked at a few times, he had to try something to work and funtion. The Dr took one look and he was in that week. I too really pushed him to have it looked at as I could feel how bad it truly was. We can live in a great deal of pain but at times we should not. I went 3 months with a shoulder in full dislocation.....it simply hurt and would not fully move. Hmmm looking back should have gone right in. Would have saved me months of re hab. One snap and re set and I would have been good to go. Lynn |
thanks Lynn

This is what a hiatus hernia is: How is any meridian stimulation going to fix that? |
I've had acupuncture, mostly on a really bad back. It alleviated the pain but didn't create a long term solution and that is what I suspect could be done with hiatus hernia.

I'm a massage therapist and the school I attended here in the US, taught us how to fix this issue. It's a simple procedure that you can do on yourself. I can't really explain it though. My advice would be to look for a licensed massage therapist and see if they have the correct training to pull it down. Good luck! I have one too and it can cause lots of pain, difficulty breathing, and heart palpitations, and in some cases a heart attack. I hope you get this taken care of!
