PMS help
It seems the older I get, the worse my PMS symptoms become. I have it all from bloating to bing eating to fatigue...etc. Anyone have any tips to help? It gets so bad sometimes, I cant get out of bed lol. And then I'm just fine the next week.

Only thing I know is when I start seeing toilet paper tennis balls in my wife or daughters bathroom trash can.....its time to run!!!! Good luck.....maybe one of the girls on here can help. .. |

I recommend taking DIM. It's a natural estrogen derived from plants such as cauliflower and broccoli that competes with the unhealthy estrogen that can be stored in the body. I took it and it helped regulate me after I had bad thrush and pH imbalance symptoms for a year and a half after taking a hormone pill. It threw me off balance, and I experienced horrid moodiness and discomfort. A few months of DIM and my body was almost entirely back to normal, but it made me very fertile! My fiance and I are now expecting as a result!
