Hypnosis mp3 recordings --- do they work ?
 

Has anyone ever used hypnosis mp3, like to help with stopping smoking or to increase psychic abilities? Do they work? I have purchased a couple of different ones, and I actually feel that the one I used hypnotized me. They come with instructions to use daily for at least three weeks, which I haven't done yet. I would just like to have some feedback before I actually do them.

I have some from D.Sutphen and a few others , past lives , astral projection . I have regressed into past lives , I have yet to have a conscious o.b.e.

I see no reason why they shouldnt work.

Hypnosis works with some people, others not. Whether its in person or tape shouldnt make a difference. YOU the listener are the one that needs to do the work. THE voice simply guides you.
