Are cemeteries really that bad of a choice for EVPs and ghosthunting??
 

I was told that cemeteries are horrible places to do your ghosthunting cause they are filled with parasitic and predatory spirits that use humans and follow them home to haunt them more. And so it is a bad bad idea to get EVPs or any form of ghosthunting at cemeteries due to these low level spirits that are filled with hatred and prefer to hang around a depressing place.


What do you guys think about this? Have you had horrible experiences at cemeteries??

As far as Im aware, spirits thrive of energy wether it be joy or fear.
Cemeteries are usually pretty empty of alive humans.. so I wouldnt say that they are that haunted at all, probably one of the less haunted places tbh..

I think people who believe that cemeteries are filled with ghosts and parasitic entities are harkening back to old wives tales. I have always enjoyed walking through old graveyards and have never had a problem or a run in with any evil or negative spirits.

I even took a Ouija Board to a graveyard that was supposed to be very haunted once.. I sat there alone for nearly two hours in the darkness trying to make some kind of contact.... and nothing happened.

I think your safe to experiment with EVPs in a cemetery.

Thanks guys! I didn't think cemeteries were that bad either. I prefer cemeteries for EVPs cause it is much quieter and void of other humans so it helps with anaylzing the EVPs. And I have already captured 6 EVPs at various cemeteries and none of them were malevolent or hostile or rude in any shape or form.
