Hello, can anyone please recommend any good Judaism and healthcare related books? Thank you, Howard.

The Rambam was a rabbi and physician living in the 12th century. He wrote several books on health, nutrition and proper daily living.

Other than Maimonides the Jews aren't known to be a physically healthy race :P

Granted, we are why glasses & contacts were invented :D ...but aside from that, what are we disproportionally burdened with physically that others are not?

And anyway...that's the reason for the motivation and gift of healing, in the most obvious sense. To reinforce the weakness and bring forth the strength and integrity of the body. At both individual and group levels.
